Una rutina de cepillado \u00f3ptima consta de varios componentes: el cepillo adecuado, la t\u00e9cnica correcta, etc., y hoy en d\u00eda... <a href=\"https:\/\/mydentistpearland.com\/es\/\">Pearly Whites de Pearland<\/a> \u00a1Te daremos un resumen sobre c\u00f3mo cepillarte los dientes correctamente!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Elige el cepillo de dientes adecuado.<\/strong> Muchos de nuestros pacientes dentales de Pearland creen que cuanto m\u00e1s duro sea el cepillo, mejor ser\u00e1 el cepillado. Pero \u00bfsab\u00edas que el mejor cepillo es el de cerdas suaves? Esto permite que las cerdas se doblen y alcancen zonas que un cepillo m\u00e1s duro no puede.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cepille suavemente.<\/strong> Otro error com\u00fan de muchos pacientes dentales es cepillarse los dientes con demasiada fuerza. Aunque parezca que esto elimina todas las bacterias molestas, podr\u00edas estar da\u00f1\u00e1ndolos.
