La pulpa es la capa m\u00e1s interna del diente, que alberga todos los vasos sangu\u00edneos, nervios y otros tejidos blandos. En casos m\u00e1s graves de caries o traumatismos, las infecciones pueden extenderse a la pulpa. Por esta raz\u00f3n, los dentistas realizan endodoncias para evitar que la infecci\u00f3n y la inflamaci\u00f3n provoquen m\u00e1s da\u00f1os y restaurar la salud normal del diente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El procedimiento del conducto radicular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un procedimiento de conducto radicular, tambi\u00e9n conocido como pulpectom\u00eda en t\u00e9rminos m\u00e9dicos, es un tratamiento restaurador est\u00e1ndar que se utiliza para limpiar y sellar a fondo el interior del diente. El procedimiento es bastante sencillo y no toma mucho tiempo. Primero, el especialista en conductos radiculares eliminar\u00e1 el tejido infectado de la c\u00e1mara pulpar. A continuaci\u00f3n, la c\u00e1mara se limpia y desinfecta a fondo. Finalmente, se utiliza un material de relleno dental especial para sellar el interior del diente.
